Private Hospitality Facility License
1. Permit application
This is the starting point. The investor submits a permit application through the Ministry of Tourism's electronic system. The application must include all required information and documents, such as:
- Owner's identity.
- Property title deed or lease agreement.
- A technical report showing the condition of the building and its compliance with the required specifications.
- Civil Defense approval.
- Detailed information about the facility and the number of rooms.
2. Issuing the permit
After reviewing the application and ensuring that all requirements and documents are met, the Ministry of Tourism issues the final permit. This permit is the official authorization that allows the owner to begin renting out their private facility to visitors. The permit specifies the type of facility and the number of units permitted for rental.
3. Exercise
After obtaining the permit, the owner can officially begin operating the business and rent out his own facility. He must comply with all regulations and rules issued by the Ministry of Tourism, such as:
- Providing safety requirements.
- Commitment to hygiene and quality standards.
- Reporting guests through the dedicated electronic system.
