- To ensure your business is operating legally, you must update your operating license information (such as address or activity) with the government agency that issued the license, such as the municipality or the Food and Drug Authority.
10- Annual determination of commercial register data
- This procedure is mandatory and is conducted annually through the Saudi Business Center or the Ministry of Commerce's electronic portal, where the validity of all commercial registration data is verified.
11- Renewing the Chamber of Commerce subscription
- To ensure the continued validity of the Chamber of Commerce certificate, the subscription must be renewed periodically (usually annually) through the Chamber's website.
12- Amendment to the Chamber of Commerce subscription
- If any of the organization's data changes, the subscription must be modified through the Chamber's website to reflect the changes.
13- Amending commercial register data
- To make any changes to the commercial registration data (such as changing the activity or address), a request must be submitted through the Saudi Business Center or the Ministry of Commerce’s electronic portal.
14- Amending the company’s articles of association or bylaws
- You can amend the terms of the company's articles of association or bylaws (such as adding partners or changing the capital) by submitting a request through the Saudi Business Center.
15- Amending the management or board of directors
- A change in the company's director or board members shall be registered in the Saudi Business Center after a decision is issued by the partners or the general assembly.
16- Update beneficiary data
- You must update the company's ultimate beneficiary data (the people who actually benefit) periodically through the Saudi Business Center.
17- Updating the shareholders’ register
- In joint-stock companies, the shareholder register at the Securities Depository Center must be updated after any changes in ownership.
18- Informing the shareholder of the number of his shares
- Shareholders can view the number of their shares through the Securities Depository Center.
19- Extract from the commercial register or commercial statement
- To obtain an official copy of the commercial registration or a statement of the status of the commercial entity, submit an electronic application through the Saudi Business Center or the Ministry of Commerce's electronic portal.
20- Transferring ownership of the commercial register to a sole proprietorship
- This service is provided at the Saudi Business Center, where the current owner and the new owner submit a request to transfer ownership, and the registration data is updated to be in the name of the new owner.
21- Waiver of the trade name
- A commercial entity may assign its trade name to another entity through the Saudi Business Center after signing the assignment contract.
22- Legal entity conversion
- The process of converting from a sole proprietorship to a company, or from one company to another, takes place at the Saudi Business Center after fulfilling the legal requirements.
23- Converting a company branch into an independent entity
- If the parent company decides to transform one of its branches into an independent legal entity, a formal application must be submitted to the Saudi Business Center.
24- Merger of one or more companies
- This process takes place at the Saudi Business Center after preparing a merger agreement between the companies and amending their contracts.

- To divide a company into two or more entities, a formal application must be submitted to the Saudi Business Center, specifying how assets and liabilities will be divided.

- This service is intended for foreign companies wishing to establish a regional headquarters in the Kingdom, and is conducted at the Saudi Business Center.
27- Lifting the suspension of the commercial register
- If the registration is suspended due to failure to update data or payment of fees, it can be lifted through the Saudi Business Center or the Ministry of Commerce's e-portal after fulfilling the requirements.
28- Liquidation of the company
- This is the final step in winding up a company. A liquidation application is submitted through the Saudi Business Center and requires the appointment of a liquidator to settle its debts.
